  7. dB, pretty sure Ahearne-Grant can be removed from the list as he signed with Huddersfield.

  8. Speculating on speculation.......... A handful of relative decent SPFL quality in the form of Bosmans or almost-Bosmans (Kamara) makes sense IF we were to be looking towards one or two bit's of more expensive quality. Shinnie on a Bosman still makes sense to me. He can roll his sleeves up, battle and not hide when the going gets tough. He's also at an age where he can still improve, especially if beside better players.

  10. Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos misses sitter on first Colombia start https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/rangers-striker-alfredo-morelos-misses-14188244 Barisic continues to be 'a weak link,' says Croatian football expert https://www.eveningtimes.co.uk/sport/17531745.barisic-continues-to-be-a-weak-link-says-croatian-football-expert/ This week has shown more bias towards Rangers players again by the Scottish gutter press as the headlines of two articles above show. The Scotland debacle continues with ST Pats FC players doing their bit yet it is all on the manager for the poor performances, none of the ST Pats players received derogatory headlines like our players. I am not a fan of international football but decided to have a look at the FIFA world rankings as we have a few players on international duty after reading both headlines. Morelos made his debut and I think Barisic did as well??, and scored his first goal for Croatia, and seemingly Davis & Lafferty played well??, Kamara played well in both games (first match was away to Italy). So all in our players have done reasonably well for their respective national teams. Only in the back water of Scotland eh!. Rankings: Croatia #4 - Barisic Columbia #12 - Morelos Northern Ireland #36 - Davis & Lafferty Finland #59 Kamara Scotland #40 http://en.fifaranking.net/ranking/

  11. Stewart (if on a Bosman) would make sense. Plus side is his creativity. Doubt would be coping with the weight of the jersey.

  13. The idea that we could have signed Ryan Kent for 2M or so was always fantasy. Three things 1. We'll only get those type of players from the English market on loan 2. We have to explore other markets where you get more for your money 3. We have to start pushing are own promising youngsters where possible and giving them the chance to improve quickly

  15. For another view try www.theguardian.com/football/blog/2019/mar/25/scotland-old-firm-hype-sfa-grim-governance which firmly puts the blame on the SFA as an institution.

  16. He actually goes out of his way to state that he doesn't blame Rangers as the interviewer tries to pin him down in so doing. What he is saying is that the lack of a certain level of Scottish player at Rangers handicaps/limits choice for the National team manager. It's an old tired argument that has been brought out against both halves of the OF over the years when the National team is doing badly. It tends to make waves in the media but it's just low quality repetitive noise to help keep their respective shows on the road.

  17. In the increasingly polluted world of political pygmies, Dornan truly is the fool's fool... It never fails to amaze frighten me that he's in any way associated with the decision-making in this country.
