  1. Except, it would seem, Rangers. Who were, and are, made out to be pariahs for doing so.....

  2. Mate, On Sky they give you the option of canned crowd noise or the silence from the stadium itself. The canned crowd noise is horrendous because of the delay. And on the silence from the stadium the commentators are frequently apologising for colorful language. I personally prefer the silence - wouldn't mind it in OF games next season instead of Andy Walker - he is the reason they invented the mute button

  3. Sounds like he was pushed out in the reshuffle, and given a decent package to agree the “pursue other avenues blah blah” party line. As for Murty’s new job, that sounds completely made up to give him a wage. Is this his sixth or seventh different job at the club now? We seem to be spending an absolute fortune on the setup beneath the first team, with very little sign of anyone pushing for a first team slot. Surely we must start to see some return on this massive investment this year?

  4. The shirt is fine. It’s Rangers, not a fashion show. See this fuss every year about a shirt ...

  5. It's not about the shirt. It's about The Shirt, and who can carry it.

  6. They don't get paid that much below the first team level. And, in fact, I know that a couple of years ago when they restructured and brought in video analysts, sports science guys, the GPS belts, two coaches to each team - they actually REDUCED the cost at the Academy level because they vastly reduced the wasted profligacy of the club at that level.

  7. Absolutely astonishing number of donations to the club through both season tickets (for potentially no home games), and mygers memberships to get a chance to not get tickets to away games with no fans either. A fool and his money......... (I renewed a few days ago and of course bought a MyGers too!)

  9. Scottish Justice Minister, Humza Yousaf is demanding the new Rangers jerseys contain an an acronym that will aid Police Scotland in their legitimate duties. The former Huchesons' Grammar School for Boys' pupil is convinced privilege is a major driver in recent outbreaks of violence in George Square. FTP should be emblazoned across the jerseys, 'Fascist Thug Person' will immediately identify the perpetrators to the Armed Response Group. This will allow a weapons free situation in a fast moving situation comprising peaceful demonstrators, anti-racism campaigners, and activists. Humza is quoted, "Fascist thug persons will not be able to run free, they will self identify and subsequently shot. God bless the Green Brigade and Hail Hail".

  11. Looks good to me. I'll like it a lot more when it's running out of the tunnel at Ibrox and even more when it's lifting the league trophy next May.

  12. Given the ongoing litigation only ended midway through this year , and that this is Castores first venture into the football scene , I was always under the impression that this would be a safe launch/strip . There is the option for fans input for future years , but there was never going to be enough time to get this as an “ out of this world “ strip . This will sell in shed loads no matter .
