Not cynicism as such, more that to evaluate success for someone in a role like that, we likely wont know for a good few years if he has had any impact or not. Such is the nature of youth development.1 point

I don't share your cynicism, but he's certainly not been in the role long enough for any results to manifest. He's been at the club 3 years, but only 9 months (?) in his current role. He seems to be highly regarded across Europe.1 point
