First of all Octopus Investments are the parent company of Ticketus..
Octopus are investors in the company Zeus Capital ..
Imran Ahmed founded and was Chief Executive of a company Allenby Capital Limited. Brian Stockbridge worked as a nominated adviser at Allenby Capital.
Allenby Capital were brokers and advisers for Octopus on numerous occasions in different business transactions.
On January 2012 Brian Stockbridge joined Zeus Capital and in April 2012 Imran Ahmed also joined Zeus Capital. On the 14th of June Charles Green bought the assets of Rangers and installs these two guys to help run Sevco..
Zeus Capital worked with Charles Green when he was at Sheffield United.
Zeus worked with Charles Green when he disposed of Sports Management company, Gresham PE. Now Formation Group..
Remembering that Octopus are financial backers of Zeus Capital and Zeus are nominated advisers and brokers for Octopus there is only one man for the job. Charles Green. And the job is? Getting the Ticketus money back..
Octopus will get their money back……………Their Group Investment Director is Ronan Kearney who is also the Venture Fund manager at Octopus Investments
Through a company called Caerus Wealth
Their Chairman and CEO is Keith Carby who is the founder and Non Executive Director of Metro Bank
is this what we will hear tomorrow?

You can't buy a share and then sue due to wrong doing before you became a shareholder.
well he can represent me then. but I think.he's only looking for info just now. could he get that as a shareholder?

his number do not sound right. but good luck to him.

no he's buying a share in the oldco so he can take people to court as a shareholder.

I don't really think its going anywhere either but its fun none the less.

I'm fascinated by this I must admitt.

they were declared in our accounts. all contractual payments need to be declared to the sfa. these were non contractual.

If they were tat concerned, they could have accepted us back in and then relegated us.
The chairmen abdicated their responsibilities and any who now complain about it should consider resigning as they failed in looking after their club.
could the face criminal charges if their clubs fail?

A poll in the daily record showed a good percentage of supporters would have preferred their own club go bust than allow Rangers in the SPL. Hell mend the chairmen who cow towed to people with that sort of mentality.
really? that's frightening.

In their haste to kick the shit out of us they got so consumed by the blood lust that they blinded themselves to the consequences of their actions, let Hell mend them.
bloodlust is exactly the right phrase.

The conflict of interest thing that appeared on Mark Daly's programme is being looked at, there's no investigations relating to them not accepting the best bid for the creditors.
You seriously think if that is true NO-ONE would have complained as such to the courts?
bdo will look at all that once they take over. fwiw I suspect d&p did just about enough to stay within the rules but we will see.

I think Annan bear is absolutely spot on.

won't change a thing if they are. we won them nothing will change that.
0 -
We don't if we end up making a profit.
we can stay in the third and make a profit.
indeed we can go armature and make one.
making a profit is nothing if were not the best in Scotland.

Wheres the complaints from other bidders and creditors then? If Duff and Phelps were betraying their duties set by the courts much trouble could be caused for them, yet Mini Murray and co have been silent.
Time to accept Green was the one who stood up and stop this 'D&P planned it!!' rubbish.
d&p are still under investigation and that's befor bdo take over and launch their investigation.
to early to clear them yet imho.

McCann got Celtic back to a good level while getting a nice pay day at the end of it.
aye 15 years ago when people invested in Scottish football and not from the 3rd division.
indeed not even without European football for 4 years.
we need every last penny put into our recovery.
0 -
I just feel that every penny available will be required to get us back where we belong dominating Scottish football. that leaves no leeway for Charles greens plans to get rich off of us.

Time to get over these 'Rangers men' bids, they'd have the club already if they cared that much.
or if d&p took the biggest offer for the assets. like their legally supposed to.

he would do well to look at his own vote not others.
0 -
hope so. but he does seem untouchable.

For me personally it would be , i'm sure others would feel the same way . I also feel it would be a disaster for the club, i'm not sure we could survive a year out.
Also I don't think I could handle a full year of Rangers don't exist anymore crap, I just want my team back playing football at any level so people know we are still here and that Rangers football club will carry on.
well let's say it was only no league but we could get sfa membership. so we played a few friendlies and the Scottish.
then let's say the fans say 50k use the saved money to put away 1k each to invest in the club.
that's 50 million.
mind you it would see huge job losses.

a vote of no confidence in Regan was proposed and seconded at yesterday's meeting according to BBC radio Scotland. unfortunately it was decided that it was better to have it at a later date.
0 -
your probably right. I'm not sure a year out to get things right would be the disaster many imagine.

With all due respect GS and no offence intended , to hope the sale of the club to Greens consortium was illegal and therefor nullified, this close to the start of the new season is total madness.
That would IMO be an absolute disaster for us.
your not the first to say I'm mad. your probably right
its just how I feel.
