  1. Corbyn stuttered his way through his immediate response to the vote result, last night. We all knew the the outcome days or weeks in advance. You would hope a British PM in waiting would be far more prepared and would've destroyed May.
  2. One down. Sixteen million to go. ?
  3. Easily seen what side you're on, pete. I wonder where the EU got all that money they gifted to us?
  4. I keep hearing this. I know a few leave voters and not one has changed their mind. The EU behaviour since the referendum might have woken a few people up to the true nature of the beast. An anti-democratic, centralist beast that cares little for provincial matters.
  5. The majority voted Leave.
  6. Aye but what's this one man's agenda? The EU has its pygmies everywhere.
  7. From what I can see, housing is the main issue. My parents bought a house in their early 20s. I couldn't afford one until my mid 30s and wasted thousands on renting. I do wear cooler trainers than my dad though.
  8. Whose opinion is of no importance to British voters.
  9. If Remain win the second referendum, I presume we can request a third. Because only when we know the true terms of remaining will we be able to make an informed decision.
  10. Those Masonic referees are having a wobble, by the looks of it.
  11. Sadly, it is true. Owen Jones told me about it in the local avocado and halloumi vegan diner last week.
  12. It's set up to be a very interesting few weeks, for the UK and the EU. With 14 million British kids already living in poverty and the standard of living being worse than ever (according to two posters on Gersnet), you wonder how we'd cope having to wait in longer queues at airports and with not knowing how much we'll have to pay, in tax, to move to the Costa Del Sol. Time to get stocked up on supplies, lads.
  13. Nope, it's on Premier. Murder.
  14. Tusk and Junker will be laughing their heads off tonight. Their raison d'etre is to override national sovereignty, in the name of the all-powerful gravy train that is the EU. On March 29th they'll have their biggest victory yet and all smaller EU nations will know not to mess with their masters or they'll meet an even worse fate than we did.
  15. The government, the majority of politicians and the EU will do exactly that, with a great big smile on their faces.
  16. No chance of that happening. We'll be staying in the EU with even less power now. Our politicians are doing their best to do away with sovereignty and democracy.
  17. Aye - 202 No - 432 Quite a drubbing the deal took, unsurprisingly.
  18. I get Free Sports on Virgin. Will the game not be on that? I was counting on it. ?
  19. The scientists in the photo don't look very diverse.
  20. The SNP want to be governed by Brussels, Bill. They're quite clear about that. I agree with you about Labour though. They have become a very London-centric party these past few years.
  21. Imagine voting for that!? Lobotomy required for anyone who did.
  22. A Friday night down Easter Road should be fun. When you look at the upcoming fixtures, we really have little time to rest on our laurels.
  23. My constituency voted Remain and my MP is a Liberal Democrat, so we all know how that'll go. Today will spell the death knell for the last remnants of democracy in the UK. Of that I have no doubt. Hopefully British citizens will act accordingly but sadly, I do doubt that.
