Mercedes-Benz Junior Cup Preview

A RANGERS under-19 side jetted out to Germany this morning for the prestigious Mercedes Benz Junior Cup, which kicks-off tomorrow.

Played at the impressive Glaspalast in Sindelfingen on the outskirts of Stuttgart, the young Gers side led by Graeme Murty and Peter Lovenkrands will compete against the very best young talent from Germany and beyond.

...

Gers kick off with their three opening group matches on Saturday, firstly against Bayern at 10.23am UK time; Hertha at 11.55am UK time and then Rapid at 1.04pm UK time.

1-1 some 11 secs from the end.

FT 1-1 ... with us having a really good double chance to make it 2-0, with Palmer blasting over the empty goal.

Next up 11.55 against Hertha Berlin (last season's champion), who suffered a 3-0 reverse at the hands of Rapid (whom we will play at roundabout 13.04).
