17′s Crash At Lesser Hampden

Report on tonight's Glasgow Cup game posted

The bear result doesn't tell the full story, but I still think this is unacceptable.

Even though it was a young Rangers team ( 7 under 17 missing) and Queens Park have a good youth set up (perhaps we should look at their HOY David McCallum in the future), this is another example of Sinclair's regime's failings.

When fans are giving their hard earned for a fighting fund, am I wrong to think savings could be made at Youth level?

We must have quite a few well paid Coaches at this level, also youths who are getting wages without much chance of making it at Rangers.

I don't like to see anyone in any walk of life being made redundant, but in these times with the fans giving money, every penny spent should be worthwhile.

Savings made on youth players would be insignificant, most of the youth coaches are part time.

Mr Sinclair on the other hand 150 - 200k pa !!

We could get someone to do a better job for nothing.

Believe or not I'm actually more worried about the state of Auchenhowie than all the Admin stuff this is our future and it seems to be a total shambles from top to bottom.

That sounds like a saving worth making.
