That took the wind out the sails and Strachan needs time to get his team in. He was making some good runs forward like he used to for us and was playing with confidence and looked fitter than he's ever been. Scored a cracking goal, his 3rd in a row. Sacked the manager because of the style of play that supposedly led to reduced crowds, no? Now they've got a less succesful manager. Good decision. I thought the reason was purely because not getting auto promotion wasnt an option. I found it a bizarre appointment.
