Coca-Cola has secured two separate three-year deals with the Scottish Premier League and the Football League from the start of the 2010/11 season.

The soft drink manufacturer will become an official partner of the Scottish Premier League and the Football League in England.

The new partnership will deliver merchandise and "club experiences".

"I am delighted that the SPL will be working with such an iconic brand," said SPL chief Neil Doncaster.

Football League commercial director, Stewart Thomson, said of the deal: "During six years as our title sponsor Coca-Cola has made an exceptional contribution to our competition.

"We are delighted that they have committed to continuing that successful relationship by becoming an official partner of the Football League."
