Although it is understood that no knows who they are, Sky Sports can reveal that they are Valenciennes player Filip Sebo who according to wikipedia scored 465 times in 24 appearances for the light blues before moving on in a multi-million pound deal to Valenciennes. IT is understood the deal will cost Rangers around �£500,000. The other player that is close to signing is Brescia hitman Andrea Caracciolo. Rangers had a deal in place for him to move in 2008 for �£7m but after negotiations he decided to stay in his homeland. The deal is expected to cost the Gers around �£200,000.
