Case is being continued next Wednesday.

The word is that Dundee United's representation attempted to filibuster to ensure a continuance. Further, Nithsdale are winning on points by quite a margin, Dundee Hibs are on the ropes and are only postponing the inevitable.

Thanks 26th, shame the result isn't in but hopefully only delaying the victory. If they pull this off they deserve the highest recognition.

I agree.

Nithsdale have carried the Rangers banner for all Bears. If, let's hope when this victory is confirmed; the doubters among our support will see the potential effect of the Rangers support flexing it's collective muscle.

Nithsdale RSC have been pro-active on this matter and deserve all plaudits. Cheer them to the echo, I say.

Thanks guys for the kind comments.

As 26th of foot says (and i wonder where he got his information from!!), it was a long day but the lawyer has done us proud so far, as has the truth and facts, which is harder for them to argue against.

Some observers would have said that the only time the opposing lawyer won any argument all day was when he asked for it to be continued to another day as it became clear it was not going to get finished today.

So we have to go to court for a 6th time in this supposedly quick and simple small claims action, but go we will, and this time they there will be nowhere else to run and judgement will be made.
