They say they have the funding in place and are addressing the personnel.This would seem to put them ahead,time wise, of tbk who only today announced the inclusion of ticketus in their bid. Probably in terms of having their ship in order, like having a business plan in place - but everything Frankie has said so far suggests they're pretty far forward. No matter if these guys take over - just having their intentions in the public eye could spur other potential bidders to up their game.
