O'Neill sacked/resigns

Recommended Posts

I think he gave the players a feel good factor in his first 10 games then once everything had settled it went back to normal and the standard of squad is poor. As you say not the best club, only a fantastic stadium but everything else is boring.

I'd love to see Sunderland and Villa relegated

Only one of them will unfortunetely.

Can see Sunderland going down. Id say Reading and QPR have gone. Wigan are picking up points again.

Sunderlands remaining games are tough:

Chelsea (A)

Newcastle (A)

Everton (H)

Aston Villa (A)

Stoke (H)

Southampton (H)

Tottenham (A)

Villa:

Liverpool (H)

Stoke (A)

Fulham (H)

Man Utd (A)

Sunderland (H)

Norwich (A)

Chelsea (H)

Wigan (A)

Di Canio favourite for the job. While I think Di Canio is a good manager, I doubt whether he's good enough for the EPL. The way he treats the prima donnas and how they react will be interesting.
