Can someone fill in the gaps please! Is this the investigation from Rangers or from elsewhere?

Is that required? Ain't it the/an internal investigation by Rangers FC?

 

BTW, I have become accustomed to my "daily negative Green story" and these last few days leave me rather disappointed. Shall I switch back to continental drift observation again?
