The decent thing would be to walk but he should quite rightly wait until he gets sacked to get a pay off. Wasn't Mancini sitting in the stand at The Etihad for Hughes last game? Not too sure about that but that would be a bit of karma if true and its again poor from board. I think there will be a long term swing if Mourinho goes to Chelsea with them and City becoming the top 2 for a few years.
