From Charlotte Fakes

Nomads and the requisitioners.

Cenkos refused to give approval for the appointment of James Easdale to RIFC. This decision was not based on anything inappropriate, more a case that they felt such a position should be offered to someone with more experience in a company of that size and related field.

The instruction to announce the appointment of James was delivered to Cenkos after Walter Smith brokered the deal, with the result that the GM would now be avoided.

Sometimes partnerships fail to work out, despite the best intentions of all. In such a situation it would be expected that Cenkos would assist in a smooth transfer to another Nomad.

Sadly this proved not to be the case.

Cenkos hatched a plan to launch a coup against the current board of directors at RIFC having drafted the proposals that have been floating around for the past months. Rather than exit gracefully, it appears that they turned their fury against their clients. Such behaviour cannot be endorsed under any circumstances.

The plan was to gather in as many prominent persons as possible into the coup, including McColl, Hargreave Hale, and Artemis, to name but a few. Cenkos would lead this operation, but of course it had to be secret, otherwise reputations were at risk.

The requisitioners may have called for transparency but they certainly didn't play by the same rules.

My advice to RIFC would be to go and seek recovery of past fees from Cenkos due to acts of treachery and also to further consider the conduct of all those involved.

Then again, the board might want to bury this sort of news, for they have form for doing so this past year, especially relating to financial matters.
