They played their part.

We're told constantly that the current board have the backing of a large majority of investors yet you want us to believe a small minority forced Mather's resignation?

I think it's more likely that those in charge realised that Mather wasn't a suitable CEO and are looking to replace him with a candidate more likely to win ratification at any delayed AGM. Certainly doesn't look like the Easdales refused the resignation - so did they play their part as well?

Must be a easdale statement today? Only 2 left! and both brought in by Green!!

Anything on the club website or LSE is an Easdale statement given they use the same PR company and effectively run the club.

Did you miss all the signatures on the requisition?

Is this the list you are referring to?

Further to the announcement on 1 October 2013, the Company confirms that notices under section 338 of the Companies Act 2006 were received from Paul Murray, Malcolm Murray, Colin Howell, Ian Cormack, John Graham, Lynchwood Nominees Limited, Hargreaves Lansdown Nominees Limited, Rock (Nominees) Limited, Redmayne (Nominees) Limited, Bank of New York (Nominees) Limited, Lion Nominees Limited dated 27 September 2013, and from Singer Nominees Limited dated 30 September 2013, ("Notices") together representing 5.03 per cent of the voting rights of the Company ("Notifying Shareholders").

No it isn't, I'm referring to the signatories to the initial requisition the one signed by the various fund managers for the institutions.

The EGM requisition list had a fair bit more and, of course, it may be that some investors were left off it for strategic reasons.

Generally speaking McCollco claim around 28% of backing but, again, that's probably deliberately low so they don't have to go for a takeover.

Who knows for sure?!
