Walter threatened to walk if Martin Bain was sacked, we do know that. Wasn't aware of Walter possibly being sacked. I think Sir Walter left too early. He should have hung around and smoothed things over through Whytes takeover. Ally was a walkover.

Absolutely no way WS would have stayed once Whyte got Rangers. WS knew SDM was forced to sell to Whyte and knew of Whyte's business background probably from AJ.He knew what was going to happen and got out.

Believe me all of this will be revealed.......

You seriously think Walter would have done that to Ally?

Doesn't reflect well on walter that he kept all that bombshell info to himself and also allowed his protege to walk into the lions den . So rab which is it? Was walter being a c@$# or did he perhaps not know what was going to happen?

The squad needs streamlined fast and our future developed now. We need to be saving every penny we can now. The wages we are paying the dross needs saved not paid out.

I don't disagree, but if we had saved money on the wage bill over the last few years history suggests it would have simply walked out the door. Yes, ideally we'd be preparing for the future but in reality either Charles, Imran, Mather or someone else would have trousered any cash available.

We can qualify next season if we win next seasons Scottish Cup i think and be in Europe in our first season back in the SPL. We need that.

No we can't because we won't have 3 year's accounts in time unless the SFA make special application to UEFA which seems highly unlikely.

Season 2016/17 is our earliest likely re-entry based on performance on 2015/16 and accounts for 2014/15 published in late 2015.

the time for cost cutting is past. it should have happened 18 months ago.

right now we should be looking to up spending in preparation for our return to the spl. we shouldn't be selling wallace we should be signing 10 players as good as him.

Your first statement is of course correct; which makes it all the more necessary now.

We don't have the money to pay the squad we have now and if we can't get rid of about 10 at least on loan we are going to have to try to do deals to pay them off for less than the value of their contracts, which will take more than financial gurus.

There is no chance whatsover of us signing anyone unless on something like a 2 out - 1 in basis, on less wages, what chance of that improving the team?

That's like a 4 year ban then, is it not?
