Orange County RSC are requesting that you disassociate our club from the executive statement sent to the RFFF chairman.

We were never contacted or consulted prior to the statement's release and had we been so we would have disagreed with all of the statement with the exception that, our club agrees the funds should not be used to defend any individuals.

We, respectfully, request that you abide by our, NARSA, constitution in the future.

The tone of the statement 'demanding" resignations and re-fund's of donated monies was unacceptable to our club and we believe unbecoming of our Association.

Ultimately our club wants the money to stay in the RFFF and to be put to one of it's intended uses, defending Rangers FC. Any other money that is left over we suggest be put towards youth development and scouting networks to aid us getting back to where we belong.

If the money is returned to NARSA, we are formally requesting that the money Orange County RSC donated be returned to our club. Just as the RFFF has no constitution in place to deal with these funds, neither do NARSA.

It is hoped that the clarification the Executive has requested from the RFFF ultimately results in the fund setting up a proper constitution and all funds remain in place for their intended purpose and, if needed, formal elections held where board members can be proposed and elected democratically.

A conciliatory gesture from NARSA could do no harm.
