They'll only read a selection of the verbatim quotes for the questions which generate "negative" feedback. I'm not at all convinced that this was put together by a professional research agency, but there are some pretty snazzy tools today which can analyse thousands of statements and highlight the key themes, allowing you to drill down to the juicy stuff with out wading through the many thousands of references to s***s....
