I'm actually struggling with this Portugal v Ghana match coming up in 40 mins. I think Germany will beat USA, but Portugal would need to beat Ghana with a 5 goal swing over USA to go through on goal difference, so even if USA lose by a couple of goals, Portugal would need to beat Ghana by 3 goals or more to qualify.
