Zappa 0 Posted June 17, 2014 Author Share Posted June 17, 2014 Well, nobody predicted the correct score for Germany v Portugal yesterday, but 16 of you got a point for predicting a Germany win, so well done for that. As for Iran v Nigeria, TheTinMan was the top scorer with 5 points, so well done on that one sir! Gribz, Rangersitis, Selmy and Thinker scored 3 points each thanks to a tasty wee 2 point bonus for their 1-1 draw predictions and TheTinMan got that bonus too for his 0-0 correct score prediction giving him his 5 points. In the Ghana game last night, Bluebear54, Craig & myself all predicted the Ghana 1 - 2 USA correct score to give us 3 points a piece, while blueflag, compo & globespanscott got a point each for predicting a USA win. So overall, the league table standings are pretty damn tight with a long way to go, but Craig is the dark horse moving up to 11th place on 12 points after only having played 7 games while most of the rest of us have played 14. Fellaini missed a couple of great chances in that second half. It's not just based on that match, he flatters to deceive more often that not. A wee prima donna who has started to believe the Sky/EPL hype which surrounds him.
