Prior owned 2.3% before the AGM and only owns 2.5% now, despite claiming last December he'd up his stake to 15% within six months. Laxey did buy 700,000 shares in the days after the AGM but that may have been agreed beforehand. Various other people have bought smaller numbers of shares (including Somers, Crighton, Hughes and Easdale) but it's debatable as to their purposes in that respect. The biggest increase in holding post-AGM was River and Mercantile Asset Management LLP who bought 1.7m shares in late January. 0 Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
