I'd volounteer to help run this but, as is the case with my sporadic articles, I just can't predict my workload or whereabouts that far ahead.

It does maybe look mysterious, but I can assure you isn't. Bluebear54 who ran the GPL last season will be taking part in the competition, but sending in his predictions privately, so there's no problem with it as far as I'm concerned.
