Isn't the Fighting Fund money in an Assembly account, and if it is, the Assembly surely can't be wound up until the money is transferred out of it, but where would it then go? There's no reason why the RFFF cash couldn't be transferred to another account. Acording to Andy Kerr the Assembly is "in limbo". According to Jim Hannah it is "dormant". The RFFF Committee know that they should have established their own bank account and had their own constitution, perhaps they'll rectify both these omissions now that the Assembly is no longer functioning.
