Fan chief reveals why Rangers boss McCoist got stick

Recommended Posts

The Assembly seems to be dead but it won't lie down. Isn't the Fighting Fund money in an Assembly account, and if it is, the Assembly surely can't be wound up until the money is transferred out of it, but where would it then go?

There's no reason why the RFFF cash couldn't be transferred to another account. It has its trustees to look after it and it doesn't need the RSA or its bank account.

Acording to Andy Kerr the Assembly is "in limbo".

According to Jim Hannah it is "dormant".

The RFFF Committee know that they should have established their own bank account and had their own constitution, perhaps they'll rectify both these omissions now that the Assembly is no longer functioning.

Edit: Didn't see BD's reply before I posted the above.

I agree with your premise but because of the lack of communication and information from RFFF, do you think they might open an account offshore?
