" As we won't be attending as a group, it will make it impossible for us to pull off a display. We would therefore ask all Rangers fans to do their bit by making our end as colourful as possible, with flags, banners, streamers and anything else they can."

Patronising load of bollocks. Thanks for the advice guys but theme days were being done just fine way before you were even a wee twinkle in your mammie's eyes.

It's well nigh impossible to stop people doing what they enjoy doing. You do understand that don't you?

Of course, but like many things we 'enjoy' in life - they can have harmful side effects, and we have to take stock and decide whether the 'enjoyment' outweighs the risk\harm.

Rangers are a drug and we don't care, football is a drug look how the EPL has moved forward whilst our football goes backwards all the time. Ask why we bother. Ask Ask Ask.

For the life of me I can't understand why anyone would buy shares with this lot in charge - blind loyalty , bloody stupidity , God only knows . For all the good it will do you might as well piss it against a wall .

RF collect the money from subscribers and then choose the right time to purchase the shares for maximum value.

Presumably the large share issue that the Board have acknowledged needs to happen soon is their key focus. That offers the potential to achieve real influence quickly if everyone gets behind them or BuyRangers.

Of course there are risks, but I don't know anyone who expects to get their money back or make a return on their investment. The stark choice is that we do this, in big numbers, or:

We can wait for another sugar daddy to try and do it for us...

...or sit wringing our hands, accepting the status quo...

...or walk away...

You choose.

Anyone buying a season ticket going forward is harming our recovery.

That's true, though the opposite is also true. As with shirt sales, buying them harms our Rangers and not buying them hurts our Rangers (more in that case, in fact). Same here = not buying season tickets harms Rangers just as much as buying them does. It makes little difference to Ashley, either way he gets what he wants and does what he wants. He is going to runs us either as challengers for the SPFL title (if we get there) - which would involve some time, dedication and work from some folk in his empire and get more merchandise sold or just let us drift along as non-runners which will take minimal input from his empire though see a steady drop in merchandise revenue. In the balance of input-output between them, there's probably not a lot of difference for him. Certainly the amount (if there is a difference) would be trivial In the scheme of his annual turnover.
