forlanssister 3,050 Posted November 30, 2014 Share Posted November 30, 2014 The contracts should be challengeable under Void, voidable, illegal and unenforceable contracts in Scots law, that is of course once the details are available for perusal. RFFF could take the challenge up under their published goals of defending the club, if there is any challenge to be mounted under law.
