Verdes Management – The questions for WH Ireland

Verdes is a tin pot company rapidly running out of cash. The big questions are for WH Ireland, its nominated adviser (Nomad) and broker. The questions go the heart of who misled investors and the failure of the regulatory system on the Cesspit AIM market.

Quite a few links between Hoodless Brennen and WH Ireland.

eg. People who worked at and/or were office bearers.

Note

Hoodless Brennen corporate finance operations (Imran Ahmad was there) were spun off and became known as Allenby Capital (80% owned at start by Imran Ahmad)

It's a small world, that of the sp.ivs.

Sub-world: Manchester

Anybody know if Mike Ashley has any dealings with them?

Not via a quick google search but on 20th December 2008 there were two unrelated stories included on the link supplied below.

- WH Ireland is considering a possible offer for Blue Oar

- Owners of Newcaste United and West Ham are looking to offload the clubs

I'm led to believe that when Green and Ahmad were both ejected from their positions they engaged WH Ireland to find a buyer for their holdings and that WH Ireland went on a world wide search for a buyer/s but could find nobody willing to deal at anything remotely like the price being sought.

I heard that the counter offer from one 'relevant' gentleman was 26p, which if true was pretty near the mark regards real value.
