holders with more than 1% been asked to make themselves known

Recommended Posts

I have read that people with 1% or more worth of shares have been asked to make themselves known.

Not been able to read it all, but can only guess this will be to do with a bid.

Kieron Prior has complied and just has over 1%

River & Mercantile has 5.77%

Hopefully more to follow and find out who has been backing who.

move by the board to find out just how powerful kingco is?

Think its a regulatory thing as we are in a bid situation technically , even though the initial bid was turned down , could be wrong though

2 page inside spread in the DR,stating he is backing the T3B and King, slating the present board and Ashley, wants them out ASAP and states we should rip up the retail contracts if they are as bad as they are being made out to be and see Ashley in court.

Rangers investor Kieran Prior backs Three Bears and says 'Throw all the Sports Direct deals in the bin'

He talks a lot of sense - it is good to see another shareholder in the media coming out and putting pressure on the current board. That's another confirmed 1.35% in favour of the good guys then!!
