Cazenove sold to Laxey in 2013 and Miton sold to King earlier this month.

Thanks for pointing out the Cazenove one mate. Do you have a link to the announcement by any chance?

Regarding Miton, I added them in at 800k shares because it appeared from looking at the numbers that they didn't actually sell their whole shareholding to Dave King.

That calculation was based on what Artemis and R&M definitely sold to Dave King and subtracted from the total number of shares acquired by Dave King's company with the remainder being the number of shares sold to Dave King by Miton.

If that's wrong or anyone has any other updated info, then please point it out!

Thanks Zappa.

I don't have an official announcement, but it's mentioned in the CRO interview with Colin Kingsnorth from Laxey. http://www.thecoplandroad.org/2013/08/laxey-partners-speak-to-cro.html?m=1

As for Miton, the BBC reported that the "sold up" because they no longer saw value in their investment, but I've not done the arithmetic that you have. http://m.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/30667547.app
