Do you have a link to the announcement by any chance? Regarding Miton, I added them in at 800k shares because it appeared from looking at the numbers that they didn't actually sell their whole shareholding to Dave King. That calculation was based on what Artemis and R&M definitely sold to Dave King and subtracted from the total number of shares acquired by Dave King's company with the remainder being the number of shares sold to Dave King by Miton.
