Look on the plus side.....

Thanks to this new Long Term* financial arrangement, the club is now financially stable.. The monthly wage bill will be paid, along with possibly 1 or 2 others. We are also safe in the knowledge that we will have another 2 highly experienced businessmen appointed to our board of directors, and that our future merchandise sale are being managed in the best manner possible.

We also have the added security of knowing that we have enough funds available (via a fantastic credit arrangement) for next months wage bill, we have cleared all previous debt to Mr Ashley & that the securities that he held over various assets have now been relinquished.

All in a fantastic deal.....for someone!!!!

*Current Board definition of long term = 7 days.

In all seriousness, I would love to hear the boards justification for accepting this deal.....anyone with 1/2 a brain cell can see how crap it is for the club.

Problem: lack of revenue.

Solution: give away the small ounce of revenue we have left.

Take bow lads, take a bow ........

Problem: Lack of funds/increased debt

Solution: Increase debt to pay off current debt & at the same time drastically reduce what should be one of the most important/consistent revenue stream.

Someone should send the board a link to YourMoneyExpert.com

Absolutely ridiculous that they are allowed to do this when there is an offer of loan on the table which has no such attachments to it.

It's absolutely ridiculous that we were naive enough to believe that they couldn't do this. The club is occupied by an alien force. It will serve its master as an absolute priority every time.

it looks like the fat man can do anything I have now lost faith in the three bears and king there will be no more season tickets bought from this house

The 3 bears and King may yet win the day compo. An EGM is our only hope of turning the tables on the board and their predatory investors.

How can you have lost faith?

What more can they do? Dave King its the biggest single shareholder in Rangers. and has rightly called an EGM

According to UK law - "Directors owe a duty of care’ to the company and not to any individual shareholder." - Can this be said about our current board?

I still have faith that if DK et al can actually get control none of these deals are legal and can simply be reversed.

Its the EGM that is absolutely vital.
