Wee reminder ahead of Sunday - Top 10 Most Successful European Football Clubs

I see Rangers is given 117 as a score. That includes two lower division titles. Our total should be 115.

Edit: the same seems to be true of the rest. Only trophies which are national and international awards should count.

We sure have more trophies than that, with Glasgow Cups and the one we won against Everton in the 90s (British Cup?), plus quite a few from the War eras. Most of those are "discounted" though, the ones of the wartimes mostly because their were "regional" rather than national titles. Doesn't matter really, as we would still lead the way.

Why are Celtic described as 'Celtic Glasgow' ? Why are we not 'Rangers Glasgow? I'll accept this term when we see London Arsenal on the gates of the Emirates.

Football language tradition, more or less. The only explanation language wise that might make sense is that it was once understood/perceived as an adjective, much like Celtic clan, or Celtic tribe. But I'd just go for "tradition" here, as you have the Boston Celtics with no change all over the planet. BTW, I do occasionally come across reports where they are actually described as Glasgow Celtic (much like London Scottish/Irish/Welsh in rugby).

In Holland I am often asked if I am a Celtic or Glasgow supporter.

We can also get it wrong here. We generally say "AC Milan" and "Inter Milan", but I'm reliably informed that in Italy, it's just "Milan" and "Inter".
