It seems that the minutes issued are just a propaganda statement by the directors and that the RFB members attending were used. Where is the directors' justification for granting a fixed charge security over Muuray Park, a floating charge and 26% of retail income for a mere additional £2 million? Why didn't those attend ask about that and ensure it was in the minutes or did they meekly sitters and ask nothing!
