Someone who could create something between the midfield and forwards, in particular, is required. Every area of the pitch lacks quality. There's not one single position that doesn't need addressed. We struggle to create decent chances though. If we were to add one player, of the type I suggest, then we might convert possession into decent chances. One might then find that we get more out of the rest of the team without having to replace the whole lot. Completely hypothetical now though. * That is to say in general.
