It is only 0.5% so not likely to be a game-changer in either direction, and could be just the filtering through of the RF purchase from a couple of days ago hitting the lines. Hopefully these are shares that were in a neutral or pro-board holding that are now in a anti-board holding with voting intentions, but we probably wont know either way.

0.5% could be alot though... in the grand scheme of things. Like you say, hopefully it is shares from the dark side to the good guys.

I'm surprised it's taken this long, it's a plain as the nose on your face that the biggest impediment to a more realistic share price is the current board. I have a feeling that the EGM won't happen at all.

It looks like the 450k is a new trade at 13:20 today, not a delayed publication because it's dated today.

 

If it was a delayed publication it would be dated as per the date of the trade, but appear amongst today's trades.
