The fact of the matter is there WAS a Nomad. Is it King's fault they found more than they anticipated? Matter of fact though, the report on the club's website actually said that there was a NOMAD and that it did due dilligence before coming to its conclusion. The Company would wish to advise shareholders of the effect of the withdrawal of its listing on AIM ("delisting") There is no reason why delisting should adversely impact on the value of the Company's shares or on the Company's financial condition or prospects.
