Court action: Injunction granted and RFC to pay £20K costs

Funny it is through an English court. You would have thought we fall under Scottish law.

Precisely what i was thinking unless it is under wider British corporate law or to do with registration at Companies House....

Might be challenging us over AIM de-listing ?

Sports Direct are not shareholders so i doubt it is to do with Aim. Sports Direct are only in to the retail side of things.

it'll be more likely to ensure confidentiality for the onerous contracts at Friday's GM.

If so it is a good way to attract votes. We want you to trust us and vote in our favour but we don't want anyone to get insight into our contracts which were engineered by our General and his lieutenants,

Tramps like Ashley should not be allowed anywhere near football clubs....He may well be a billionaire but he would not turn his nose up at 5 quid let alone 5 million.....these people are money obsessed sociopaths

Rangers are the 'wee guy' up against the billionaire in this situation, generally the 'big guy' wins and the big guy knows this. I wonder how much kicking us he'll get away with.

It is small comfort but I reckon Fat Boy's ego is hurting and he has been outmanoeuvred, shocked to have lost control and is now throwing the toys out the pram .....

I say hold on to his 5m as long as possible ....

The contract with SD will be stipulated as being under English law.

Which makes it almost 100% certain that the case is to stop the board releasing any sensitive information in the contracts I would think.
