Hibs have rejected a £175,000 offer from Rangers for the 23-year-old midfielder, who is entering the final 12 months of his contract. "He'll have plenty of top offers come the end of the season," said Stubbs. "I fully believe he can play in the Premier League in England. That's how highly I rate him. He's got a year left to do well." Allan has already had a taste of England's top flight, having moved to West Brom from Dundee United in 2012. However, he did not make a single appearance for the Baggies, spending his two seasons south of the border on loan in the lower divisions.
