Ashley wants DK jailed!!

Recommended Posts

If there was ever a reason to be thankful that we don't have this fat arsewipe and his asset stripping lackeys running our club any more, this is it. Their actions here are beneath contempt.

I thought the gagging order was specifics to the financials? I'm sure King worded his statement very carefully so as not to breach it. Ashley is just trying to flex his muscles/flab [i avoid jabs about people's looks but I feel justified in this case].

I'm sure fans from other clubs are positively flocking to SD given his relationship with us. They'll think they are helping his cause.

He can't be making much money out of us surely.

I would have thought this also - however was there not a stipulation in the commercial deal whereas Rangers have to pay for the stock of merchandise regardless if this is sold or not? Despite fans not buying any tops etc. - he is still making cash out of the deal it seems.

I recall something about this but don't remember the specifics.

And does anyone believe you can be jailed for breaching a gagging order of this sort?

The DR legal team with tribal leader KeeJay will sure have turned every piece of relevant paper ere splashing such a headline in front of the nation! No doubt about that whatsoever. (sarcasm oozing)

NB: If anyone knows how to deal with legal stuff and how to word certain sensitive things, it would probably be King.

NB 2: Rangers fan spits on Hibs kid, King thrown in jail ... you wouldn't think that the Yahoos face a pre-x-mas exit from Europe. Purely a coincidence.

The anger towards the Record on this thread is severely misplaced. Apart from the fact the 'story' is in a number of papers it's also clearly been released by Rangers or someone close to them and with their tacit blessing.

We're involved in a dirty war currently and this is another salvo aimed at Ashley and Sport's Direct and intended to portray them in a bad light. King alluded to Sport's Direct attempting to outspend Rangers in court to keep their deal in place, here's an example of it.

I've no idea the veracity of the story but it's attempting to explain why certain contracts and deals have not changed and certain obstacles remain in our way.

Agreed.

The Record can be questioned for their Rangers coverage but it's a bit daft to moan about this story when it shows just how aggressive Ashley is being with respect to costing our club a vital seven figure sum every year via a dreadful retail deal.
