STATEMENT | Judicial Review

The Scottish FA can confirm we have received a petition for Judicial Review and will be defending it. We will make no further comment at this stage

I just love how the Daily Record can use, " "The Scottish FA can confirm we have received a petition for judicial review and will be defending it. We will make no further comment at this stage." as a basis to lead with the headline, " The SFA fire back at Mike Ashley over Rangers ruling: We'll fight you every step of the way ."

This guy on twitter seems to know what's what!!

@PhantomL5: @Dwc7377 All he's doing just now is trying to drown our legal team in paperwork(and the SFA's). He doesn't care about money he wants 1/2

@PhantomL5: @Dwc7377 Assurances we won't go after him if Green is convicted and he isn't getting them. 2/2

If green goes down Ashley looks to have benefited from a crime. That could make his arse sweat even more

No he's rich fat bastard who can rip the shit out of whoever is near.

Without doubt Bearman, however Ashley has a habit of gravitating some dodgy associates into his company. Take Whyte then Green and a well known owner of a SPFL club. Who else benefits ,apart from himself, from him winning his case against the SFA, and the King fit and proper SFA ruling being overturned?
