The last time the two sides met was also in the Scottish Cup at Ibrox at the end of August 2014 with Nicky Law scoring two fantastic goals and Kris Boyd also on the scoresheet. Kilmarrnock were able to organise, concentrate and frustrate Celtic at Parkhead recently (0-0) and get a draw against them at home earlier in the season. They'll look at us, the St.Johnstone game and come to frustrate us and counter attack with menace. In fact overall they have picked up more league points away than they have at Rugby Park. They seem to be getting their defensive act together away from home and their only 3 clean sheets on the road have come in their last three away games. Celtic 0-0 Hamilton 0-1 St.Johnstone 0-1 We could be doing with that experienced holding midfielder for the tie. Hopefully get a really big crowd and no live to coverage. Edinburgh Derby is the top tie and then the tims game for the david v Goliath tie, so we shouldn't be on to.
