St Mirren 2 - 2 Rangers (Miller 54; Holt 88)

Again, absolutely no idea why we're playing full strength teams in these games. It's actually becoming really quite irritating. We have a track record for doing the same under different managers. Big clubs don't do this. They rotate their squads and rest key players in meaningless fixtures. Instead of having a team of players with nothing to play for, we could be integrating several youths into the team who would have everything to play for. We don't actually even have a single youngster on the bench today - what is going on?

I assume Warburton thinks if he plays his strongest team we will get a victory. Unfortunately our defence is a shambles and we aren't creating anything up front.

Terrible defending again although the defenders were not really to blame totally as the trouble started in the midfield. We really need a new keeper. Foderingham is a car crash, and should have had his front post covered at the goal. What he was doing trying take the ball on his thigh with the striker zooming in I will never know. It was a horrible ball back from Kiernan though.

We've been dismal since the Celtic game. The league is over, the players are tired, we have a vital cup final to prepare for and it's time to be giving youngsters a try. Given the league is over, the result shouldn't be of great significance.

This has been an improvement over the last few games. Despite not winning. Not only due to Waggy being back but we've shown periods of good movement and made more chances than of late.

I think Zelalam has been good.

Wes has been at fault on his near post a couple of times
