They haven't said how much they paid Ashley for the shares.

 

says £1 million and it's 4.46% of the total company shares.

I'm shite at maths....so who's going to work it out

Anyone know anything about this chap? - The remaining shares held by MASH Holdings Limited have been purchased by Julian Wolhardt, the CEO of Dehong Capital Partners, a Hong Kong based private equity firm. Looks like it is in his private capacity, rather than via his company?

 

Went to Illinois University so I'm assuming he is a Yank? Could Alastair Johnston be having an influence in latest proceedings maybe?
