Confirmed: Pedro Sacked

This info from Rangers hater English.

“Those men who recommended his appointment to the board are director Graeme Park, managing director Stewart Robinson and director of football administration Andrew Dickson. Having assessed their now ex-manager, a period of self-reflection is in order.”

English is spot on with that statement

Rangers hater he may be, but given how it has went he is spot on in his assessment.

Pedro should have gone the morning after the Progres Luxembourg fiasco - the biggest humiliation I have seen my club face bar none and I can go back to Berwick 67.

Let's get a Rangers man in: Neil, then McInnes 2nd choice.

Only Neils I can think of are Alex and Lennon - and they are both equally septic daft.

A good track record and a knowledge of Scottish football are essential.

Yet none of the potentially attainable names that are even vaguely interesting have said knowledge. Even de Boer - which would, even if possible, be a huge gamble - probably rememebrs little of his very brief time here and, in any case, the club and the environment it operates in have changed out of all recognition since then.

No chance any of those names are coming for under £1m. Going to be a lot of unhappy bears by the looks of some names being quoted

The wage structure will remain. It's £1m for the full 1st team management Squad. Not per individual as would be needed for these names.

Pedro is our level he's the sort of guy you get for £500k with the rest spent on support staff.

Nobody with huge experience or a history of doing well will be within reach. It's an up and comer or someone who has tarnished his reputation. Other than that it's aN unemployed guy who wants a quick stepping stone to a better job which we can't really afford to happen right now. So it's going to be another left field pedro type or a x player nobody else would employ.

With MMA qualifications.

The bottom line is that unless we wan to be Aberdeen Mark 2 we need significant finance in the club and the current board can’t provide that. INew manager needs to be part of a strategy that sees the board replace itself. King doesn’t have what it takes. We need to rid ourselves of the issues he has. That is holding us back and led to low cost gambles in the first place
