Ross McCrorie.....

Recommended Posts

I would give him the rest of the season to learn his trade, gain from the experiences both positive and negative, and be ready to lead our back line, and perhaps even the side, in a couple of years. Normally I would say protect him and give him a few games then take him out for a spell and back in again, but he looks so assured he looks ready to be a long term first team player already.

Get him on a long term contract with first team wages just in case he is tempted to move.

There is no doubt this boy can play, and he is already a far better player than Cardoso in my book.

Exactly; there is a dearth of centre backs at top level (and I don't mean SPL), so it is essential that if he has to leave, the Club collects a premium.

Ross is an absolute diamond. look after him and he will develop to a great Rangers player. Didn't fear being thrown into an Old Firm, where in my opinion he produced his best game so far.

Apart from being rock solid he tries to being creative, too.
