New to this forum! Didn't know it existed, so I hope this is okay to post. If not let me know and I'll kick it.

 

My latest article in the Observer is now up. I always try and remain as positive as possible - but this time there was very little good to take away from it. Tactical naivety - and it's not only Murty's fault, he should have a smarter support staff. Players off form, no leadership. This Dundee game is important. Any feedback is, as always, appreciated (even if it's only abuse)!

goals have come from crosses by Tav and Candias.....we should be putting in crosses but early .....how many times when we get wingers in flight then holding back, passing or going inside like Barrie under Warbs.

The long ball doesn't have to be through the middle but can also be wide......in fact Fods is proficient at that

so first time cross from the wings or through ball to Morelos with Pena/Kenny or Herrera's been put forward on here) for the off the shoulder poacher

Had we sunk any of our chances early on, the game might well have ended 5-0 or the like. Playing badly or not, this game sure don't need to be analyzed to death, it was - for a change - more a freak result than another sub-standard all round performance.
