Does Boyd understand what the word 'negotiate' means?  If you're haggling over something you wish to purchase, you go in with a low offer.

Boyd isn’t the only one with nothing but Rangers to talk about. There’s a hubz forum that already has a 12 page and growing topic obsessing on us signing  Cummings. They have talked more about it than we have.
