Scott Brown Ridiculous Tackle

Recommended Posts

I don't think it's that bad.  Full blooded tackle (after a horrendous first touch it should be noted) but his foot/leg go in sideways.  Not studs up and not with any real intent.  I cant get wound up about that tackle - it's supposed to be a contact sport !

You think Jack or any other Rangers player would get away with that?

Exactly as Craig says. Not dangerous and no malice, just late.

I take it he was booked?

Did Jack or any other Rangers player make that tackle ?

you can only opine on it on its own merits.  And on its own merits it wasn’t that bad a tackle.  Certainly not “ridiculous” as the headline suggests.

Jack got a red card for being tackled! anyway the headline is not mine, Broon gets away with tackles like that every week, paranoid?
He doesn't get away with tackles like that every week. If he committed that tackle again next week he'd be booked.

He does get away with some late tackles but not like that one above.
