One anticipates the auld claes and purridge style to be the order of the day. Of course, Eck is out of work and available immediately, and with no compensation or other significant costs. Mcleish is not a Lawwell man. I don't expect him to be malleable, or accommodating of the interests of the dark side. The appointment of Chief Exec will be interesting. If Lawwell is able to influence that appointment, expect a Jesuit, someone from the GAA, or, St Aloysius', at least. Maybe all three!
