Rangers are taking striker Michael Ruth on trial, according to the Scottish Sun. The 16-year-old, who plays for Rangers' Glasgow neighbours Queen's Park, will reportedly travel to Germany with the Ibrox side's Under-20s ahead of a tournament this week. Despite his tender age, Ruth has already tasted senior football with the Spiders - featuring in two of their League One fixtures last month. Sadly, the Scotland Under-16 international was unable to prevent his side's relegation this season and, in quotes published by the Scottish Sun, a Queen's Park source revealed that Ruth will head to Rangers "with our best wishes".
